Arboran Ruins is not only a maze of city ruins, but is also a stronghold. In recent years, some mysterious people have come here. They live and work with the Goblins, who follow their lead. As a result, the inner city is filled with underground tunnels and traps to block intruders. Both the Goblins' headquarters and the newcomers' encampment are located in the central plaza along with their loot. The Nybrella Merchant's Union is concerned that these strange individuals will continue to try to sabotage their plans for a railway through the area. They are currently recruiting adventurers to infiltrate the city and fight off this through the area.
