Moran Cavern has been awarding some good drops, and in addition to player blue-quality armor, has been dropping several blue-quality dragon armor pieces per run.
Entrance Text[]
Moran Cavern is near the other exit of the Arkema Canal. This exit is near the Arkema Glade. The Cavern's original enterance used to be a giant tree, but when Sardok the Inevitable displayed his petrifying powers, this tree was turned to stone and weathered away. This is how Moran Cavern came to be. Sardok's powers were so strong that the tree was petrified all the way down to its roots that were deep underground. As many creatures tend to break these roots when they walk past, the front of the cavern is littered with debris broken off from the petrified tree.The Moran Scourgers discovered the cave by chance and they were quickly attracted to the whiteness of the petrified tree. They eventually came to live here and so it was thus named Moran Caverns. The Moran Scourgers were enjoying this resourceful place, but nothing lasts forever. When Kronos was resurrected, the Doom Dragon eggs that the Scourgers had gathered in order to curry favor with Kronos began to stir. Recently, several of the eggs have hatched. The Scourgers thought of raising these Doom Dragons, but they later found that these Dragons were more interested in them than the food they were being fed. After a few Scourger lives were lost, these timid fellows quickly withdrew from the place. [The] Cavern is now a Doom Dragon nest as more and more Dragons began to hatch. The Scourgers have tried to use explosives to shut off the cavern, but the plan failed because they were too timid. The explosives may not have gone off at the right place, but it has at least inconvenienced the coming and goings of the Dragons. I guess you can count it as the one good thing these Scourgers have done for the world!
