- According to the Nethergloom's intelligence network, Executioner Sandelar's orders are to kill anyone that interferes with their plots, and is also to assist the Raiding Marauders in stealing the Legendary Dragon bones from underneath the Giant Peyote Tree located in Windhunters Hold, which is in the middle of Wyncrest Grove. This document doesn't say what the Raiding Marauders want to do with the bones, but we can figure that out later! Let's meet up at the Balian Trail Outpost in Wyncrest Grove. It's a regular way station for the caravans, and it's also friendly with the Nethergloom. Let's go!
