What is the Laedis Hero Equipment?

Laedis Hero Equipment otherwise known as "The Golden Gear" is meant to be the game's strongest set available upon it reaching the max level. It currently consists of two earrings, two rings, a necklace, and a weapon. The level of these start at level 94 and may be increased by special means not yet fully available.

The following quests are available for any level character to obtain the gear:

The quests may be obtained from the NPC John Warder located near the Path of Elders in Laedis, Arteicia. Please view the image below for exact location details.

Exchanging Materials

Before getting into where to find the required materials a word of caution will be issued! When browsing the tooltip of an item such as Enchanted Essence for example, the description reads "Collect 400 Enchanted Essence to form an Earth Core Crystal. This can be exchanged for Laedis Hero Equipment." There are certain items you NEVER want to do this on as you will waste materials.

Well why is such a thing a function in the game if all it does is waste our materials? It was the original way to collect the required materials that was never taken out when they added the much easier exchanging NPC Roy Netter in a patch. Roy Netter can be found right next to the original NPC John Warder in Laedis, Artecia. Speaking to this NPC with materials in your backpack will allow you to exchange certain things to get what you need more easily than ever before!

List of items that may be exchanged at Roy Netter (may be incomplete):

Exchange 60 “Enchanted Essence” or 20 “Ruthless Essence” for 1 “Enchanted Core”.
Exchange 45 “Ruthless Essence” for 1 ” Pieces of Devouring Dragon”
Exchange 5 “Paraselene Powder” or 40 “Diamond Powder” for 1 “Luna Pearl”
Exchange 220 “Diamond Powder” for 1 “Gorgeous Diamond”.
Exchange 40 “Stone Sliver” or 30 “Dragon Prism Shard” for 1 ” Mysterious Potion”
Exchange 180 “Dragon Prism Shard” for 1 “Dragon Prism Core”.
Exchange 7 “Bizarre Core” or 5 “Savage Core” for 1 “Battleheart”.
Exchange 25 “Savage Core” for 1 “Honor Stamp”.
Exchange 8 “Dreamland Fragment” or 5 “Fantasy Powder” for 1 “Crystal Fragment”.
Exchange 30 “Fantasy Powder “for 1 “Magic Crystal”.

Note: Look carefully at the difficulty of obtaining an item before you exchange it. For example 5 Savage Cores or 7 Bizarre Cores can be exchanged for 1 Battleheart. But the difficulty level of obtaining Savage Cores is much higher than Bizarre Cores along with exchanging 25 Savage Cores is the only option for getting Honor Stamps. So therefore you would never want to use Savage Cores to get Battlehearts you would use them to get Honor Stamps.

	Bizarre Essence	Drops on hardmode from the end boss in Dunar Temple, Palace of Methus, Dragonheart Temple, and Shrine of Handras. More people in the dungeon with you makes more essence drop until the max is reached depending on which dungeon. Also drops from glowing elite mobs and is a reward from doing guild boss. Right click to make a Bizarre Crystal, requires 200.
	Windwalker	Drops from the last boss of Dunar Temple all dungeon modes and can come from Bizarre Crystal. Higher drop rate with multiple people.
	Demon Eye	Drops from the last boss of Palace of Methus all dungeon modes and can come from Bizarre Crystal. Higher drop rate with multiple people.
	Hexclaw Wingweb	Drops from last boss of Dragonheart Temple all dungeon modes and can come from Bizarre Crystal. Higher drop rate with multiple people.
	Toxic Pearl	Drops from the last boss of Shrine of Handras all dungeon modes and can come from Bizarre Crystal. Higher drop rate with multiple people.
	Ruthless Core	Elite glowing mobs, Paraselene Powder, Bizarre Crystal.

	Luna Pearl	Exchange 5 Paraselene Powders which can be bought at the Remnant Moon Traveling Merchant for 20k each.
	Gorgeous Diamond	Exchange 220 Diamond Powder, also rare drop from Treasure Hunts.
	Mysterious Potion	Exchange 40 Stone Silvers which can be obtained from winning 15 Dragon Arena matches daily.
	Dragon Prism Core	Exchange 180 Dragon Prism Shards which can be obtained from registering in the Dragon Tournament. Progressing further in the tournament also awards more than just the basic registration amount.
	Honor Stamp	Exchange 23 Savage Cores from PVP events (Territory War, Island PEs).
	Battleheart	Exchange 7 Bizarre Cores from PVP events (Territory War, Island PEs).
	Magic Crystal	Exchange 30 Fantasy Powder which can be obtained from Column of the Prophet reward chests. Magic Crystal can also be directly bought from the Dragonscale Seal Quartermaster in Arteicia for 240 Dragonscale Seals.
	Crystal Fragment	Exchange 8 Dreamland Fragment which can be obtained from Column of the Prophet reward chests. Magic Crystal can also be directly bought from the Dragonscale Seal Quartermaster in Arteicia for 120 Dragonscale Seals.
	Enchanted Core	Exchange 60 Enchanted Essence which can be obtained through World Bosses & Island of Lost Souls.
	Core of Devouring Dragon	Exchange 10 Pieces of Devouring Dragon. Pieces can be obtained by exchanging 45 Ruthless Essence or 1 Erie Glowing Fragment.
